QcPlot, Internal QC & Method Evaluation Platform for Medical Labs · qcplot.com

Designed and built QcPlot, a multi-tenant, 11-language SaaS web application for internal quality control in medical laboratories: Levey-Jennings charts, Westgard multirules, Sigma metrics, alarms, PDF reports, AI-assisted interpretation, and subscription plans with PayPal payments. Roadmap includes CLSI-based method evaluation studies and external quality assessment.

• Built a multi-tenant SaaS (one tenant per laboratory) on .NET 10 / Blazor Web App, MudBlazor, EF Core Code-First, SQL Server and ASP.NET Core Identity, with role-based access and per-tenant data isolation.
• Implemented a QC engine (Westgard rules, Sigma metrics, SQC plan recommendation, alarms, event windows, statistics) in a separate application layer, covered by 976 automated tests.
• Created a custom SVG Levey-Jennings chart component with point states, SD lines, event windows and a full edit/reject/comment audit log.
• Delivered 11 languages including right-to-left (Persian, Arabic), with culture-aware numbers and calendars (Shamsi, Hijri, Gregorian) in both UI and PDF reports.
• Added Free / Standard / Advanced plans with feature gating, a PayPal payment integration (sandbox-tested), a SuperAdmin panel, and transactional email (SendGrid with SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
• Integrated AI-based interpretation of QC results behind a provider-agnostic service, using anonymized data only.
• Generated localized PDF reports (QuestPDF) and a themed UI (light/dark/custom lab theme).
• Designed the brand (logo, identity), a separate marketing website, and deployed on Windows/IIS hosting.
• Developed with an AI-assisted workflow (Claude Code), including architecture planning, requirements documentation and automated browser testing.

• Architected a multi-tenant SaaS Quality Management platform for medical and industrial diagnostic labs, built for ISO 15189 and CLSI compliance.
• Implemented tenant-isolated authentication and authorization with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect.
• Developed modular ASP.NET Core REST APIs and interactive Blazor dashboards, improving reporting speed and data visibility for lab operations teams.
